Why we started Verge
We've spent years setting up software for real businesses, and we kept running into the same problem. A company would buy a powerful tool, then spend months bending their business out of shape to fit it. Half the features went unused. The team quietly went back to spreadsheets. The software became another thing people worked around.
We thought it should be the other way round. So we built Verge: a set of products that are genuinely useful out of the box, with a team that tailors them to fit each business on top.
How we actually work
We sell three products: a CRM, an analytics dashboard and an AI chatbot. But the products are only half of it. The other half is us sitting down with you, learning how your team works, and building a bespoke layer so the software fits like it was made for you. Because it was.
